That would be called the front jack point. :D Did you get it taken care of? What size tires/jack do you have? Also helps to mention what area you're in. I'd let you do it here, but if you're in the Springs or even Denver I doubt you'd want to drive all the way up here.

Front jack point, check lol. No I haven't put them on yet. I figured it would take me about an hour... I was trying to save time by getting the whole front end up at once using the front jack point, but realized my puny lil floor jack wasn't gonna hack it.

I bought that thing when I moved here because the crank lift on my trailer failed, and I had no way to lift the trailer off the hitch. Anyway, it wouldn't put it up high enough to get stands under. Tires are only 265/75/16. Looks like I'll have to do one wheel at a time, but that will have to wait awhile. I'm getting married next Monday :goingcrazy: and have people coming in tomorrow night, bachelor party in Grand Lake Thurs-Fri, and pre-wedding activities Sat. and Sun. I called a couple shops to see if they'd throw them on but no one wanted to touch it. First appt. I could get at 4 wheel parts was this Friday.

I wanted the Taco to look a tad meaner for everyone, but the guy who shipped the spacers to me took his sweet time, and it really set me back. It's not a big deal though, I've got bigger headaches

p.s. I'm in Lakewood/Golden near Red Rocks Community College and work in Arvada/Westminster at 88th & Wads

to many to list, check the build thread
another reason the front IFS skid is well worth the money :D i throw my roll under jack directly under the center of that thing and get it lifted both tires off the ground in seconds.

If it makes you feel any better I just about shat my face off yesterday. Triggered by the fried fish tacos I ate at the Pumphouse in Longmont... And I feel much better today.

Horrible squeaky leaf sound coming from driver front wheel well thought it might be the Uppers (total chaos) but no change after I greased the zerks. Could it be my coilovers? Icons. I cant get it to replicate without jumping up and down on the truck but I'm to far away to see where it is comming from. And sticking my head in the wheel well while my friend jumps up and down the truck might win me a Darwin award. 40K on both the uppers and coilovers

Is it when you go over bumps? What lube did you use on the uniballs?

over bumps and when turning the wheel at a complete stop. Lets says backing out of drive way stop turn wheel (horrible noise) then drive. In case your wondering why its in the B.S. thread. I get more thoughtful answers from you guys than I do from the general public.

    My rule of thumb. ...

if it's been in my nose (from puking) there's a ten year time limit before I'll eat it again.

    Still don't like blueberries

Ok, everybody gather 'round, it's sad story time. :pout:
    I put a small dent in my 4 day old 2016. :(:mad::facepalm:
I was wondering if anyone knows of a paintless dent removal place they would recommend. :help::itllbuffout:
    Appreciate the help.

It was on the side. Just behind the passenger front tire. Garage is to small. Ran into the work bench.

Oh and what is SAS? :pccoffee:

If it's squeaking when you turn the wheel from a stop I'd say maybe the tie rod end or lbj.

    Solid axle swap.

It's really the only remedy for a dent, no matter where it is.

I think you may be on to something here, my tailgate is dented and the front end just won't hold together. Maybe related?
