Idk if these shows are really bad or the judges don't know what constitutes a winner. I personally don't think my truck could/should/would win shows because it's not that special.

Now @dakotasyota has some really nice stuff on it. Basically custom bumpers and LT 4x4.

Add in a s/c and it'd be a winner for sure, but that's my opinion

I don't want to get into a pissin' contest with you on these nice people's public forum, but everybody finds a way to convince themselves that I shouldn't place at these shows, but no one besides judges and close friends get to see the interior, which is also custom. Color matched dash pieces, aftermarket door speakers, 3 12 inch subs in a back seat replacement box, racing seats, really dark back window tint (because that makes you cool). I must be doing something right

I'll be honest with you. I've seen your truck on Instagram and the exterior is fugly especially the tow mirrors and eBay headlights but your interior has me blown away. That looks hella good. I've wanted racing seats for awhile and run a harness for when I'm wheeling with the doors off

Agreed with boogy. Exterior...no. interior is getting there. I'd like seats like those with the harness like boogy mentioned.

Extremely dark tint doesn't make you cool, it makes you dangerous because you cant see shit. Since its only on the rear, not as bad

Yeah the dark tint comment was sarcastic lol, all my windows are TX legal limit because I'm either in TX or LA and both are hot as hell (but I'm registered in TX). My back windows are black so the fine people of Baton Rouge don't claim my subwoofers as their own lmao. Eventually (when my tuition isn't 15k a semester), I'm gonna cage it then do 4-point harness. I was advised to stick with stock seat belts or use lap belts, because a 4 point harness locks you in the seat to let the roof crush you, unless you have a roll cage. Also, I'm sponsored by the company that made the headlights and they have a bad reputation for being not quality products, but I haven't had any problems from mine, I even suffered some fender damage right under the headlight in the wreck but it didn't crack the light. I dont like how every tom dick and harry throws a 50 inch on the roof, so when Swamp Donkey Lighting sent me my 50", I figured do something to stir the pot and get noticed so I threw it in a bumper, and I'm gonna miss it for sure. But I think the ARB is gonna look better, because they're professionals and I'm just a kid with an angle grinder and a mig welder. The truck should be ready any day now (today is day 30) and it was fully repaired except the bumper installation on monday, but they got the bumper on monday so hopefully they find time in their busy schedule to throw a bumper on.

I work for SOS concepts so I see beautiful bumpers day in and day out and your old bumper made me cringe. I'm retrofitted and my buddy has spiders and they're night and day. His are terrible compared to my mini d2s
