*Unless they play for FSU, then we need to accuse them immediately regardless of any charges or evidence!

    :sadviolin: poor baby

I don't think he'll play. Richt has suspended players for much, much less than that without any charges or anything being filed. And I don't think he'll play him just because it's Bama.

I'm not saying what's right or wrong here but I'm glad the case is done so the team can focus on the game, even if Richt suspends him.

Not sure what this is in reference to but from my standpoint I just want to win a big game and prove that this team is legit. If we lose then it's just another typical year at UGA for the most part.

I have heard talk about Bama's dynasty being over, I can't say that's the case but do think this years team is down a bit mostly due to the QB play.

I don't believe the dynasty is really over until Saban is gone or they aren't constantly top 5 recruiting class annually.

It was somewhat sarcastic, directed towards the claims of a "big game". The media is overhyping this game, making it out to be much bigger than it truly is. On one hand, the talking heads cant stop referencing the sky falling/dynasty over rhetoric. Then, they turn right around and talk about how big of a game it is. If it is such a big deal for UGA to beat Bama, then the sky isn't falling, and the dynasty must not be over. See?

I like UGA in this one. I think they have momentum, and a different confidence in themselves no matter who they play this year. I still think Bama is poised to be dangerous, however that is currently stifled by a quarterback who chooses to run backwards 10 yards avoiding a sack instead of just getting rid of the ball. By a quarterback who doesn't know how to set formations, or understand plays that aren't called in with cute pictures from the sidelines.

I personally would like to see Blake Barnett get the starting nod if in fact UGA wins this game. Get him some game time snaps, and raise him up for next year. Coker is not as advertised, Bateman is entirely too jittery, and Alec Morris must have ACTUALLY slept with Saban's daughter, because he was the front runner before the season started, and now....POOF, no mention of him. Blake Barnett has a cannon, and came from the West Coast, which fits our Offensive Coordinator's play calling much better.

One can never have too many light bars.
I agree. Most teams have transition years. It just shows Saban is Human after all. Although I think Lane is on his way out.

    AL/GA game...

I'm thinking this will be a "defensive game" by today's standards. 17 - 24 pt. scoring range. Both teams will be forced to pass, especially GA. Bama needs to make short - intermediate, safe passes to avoid INT's...If they turn the ball over more than twice it's game over. Chubb and company will get bottled up by Bama's stout front 7.

GA's home field advantage could be the difference maker in this game. It's gonna be a dog fight. RTR!

To add to this, I cant imagine people are blind enough to not see that maintaining the top of the mountain is tough when losing your top talent year in and year out. I want to clarify that I am not making excuses. But, I had lower expectations for this team, as Bama replaced 9 starters on offense, with 0 proven talent in skilled positions. The defense is stout as far as the front 7, but the backfield is very young.
