    On engines designed with a Turbo in mind you're absolutely right. On naturally aspirated vehicles though the safety margin is a little wider on a S/C then on the turbo due to the simplification of finding the right size, rpm, and blow off to generate safe power.

    Valid point, I didn't need to order it, but everything SC related is disappearing. I bought mine within days after the announcement the program would be discontinued so I had no problem getting the proper fit kit that included the bracket.

    I considered trying to pick up replacememt parts like that in case something happens, but if I get in a head on, im probably buying a different truck after that lol. And if something like that bracket randomly breaks, one could be fabbed up easily enough.

    Hey guys mind if I join the club. I just got mine from a wonderful member on here. I know you've all seen the boxes before but I'm so excited I can't help myself.

    Should be installed soon. One thing I can tell you is this will never be for sale again. It is going in and soon. Can't wait. And the great Crashnburn80 was the one that helped find it for me. The guy is a genius!!!!!

    The one I use a lot is statewidelist.com. it's not affiliated with craigslist but it uses the listings and puts all the cities from what ever state you are searching on one page.....check it out.
