Does anyone know if these can still be had for access cabs and if not, are there any aftermarket versions?

I don't see why not since the DC is still available (part number 58510-04870-B2). Call up your local dealership and ask.

I gave that part number to three dealerships including Camelback and they all said it was a carpet flooring, it seems to no longer be an ordering option for 2015+.

Not sure about availability but I know that is the correct part number because that's the one I gave to the part department rep when they ordered mine ~9 months ago. I also know that the dude looked at me funny and said "are you sure?" I told him I would take responsibility if it was the wrong one. Sure enough, it was the right one. I wonder what they see in their computer when they look it up but I've heard this from other people too.

I suspected that as well. I would feel better about ordering it blind if I had the part number for the AC instead of a dub.

So, I did order 58510-04870-B2 from Toyota, I offered like 350 bucks, they settled for 375.

they assured me it would not fit and the truck after 2011 was "redesigned"

it fkin fit just fine. removed the front seats (8 bolds and some plugs) removed the center console, (maybe 4 screws)

it was a perfect swap for the carpet.
