Just had one for a few days as a rental while a colleague drove the Tahoe. Its a nice little SUV. Zippy around town but wasn't too hefty on the highway acceleration. Well built though. I did get a chuckle with the steering wheel/buttons/parking brake lever, almost identical to the Chrysler 200 rental I had last month.

As long as she's happy, that's all that matters. Too bad it's not a JK, it would have been a sponsorship possibility there;).

    Congrats Jason!!!

I knew I loved my wife. I have been debating selling my truck while I'm deployed, Make it easier for her to not have to worry about another vehicle and use the money for some things around the house. She told me she didnt want me to sell it cause she knows how much I love it  Problem is I haven't driven it in about 2 months. Separation anxiety. :goingcrazy:

i'm just not familiar hp's big name implementations. are you guys more in the gov't space, public sector, social services, healthcare, telecomm, criminal justice, finance, resarch? do you have products comparable to ibm's now i2 anb, or ??

    Just curious.

Big Data is an umbrella within the HP Software group to which we have solutions that allow businesses to make data driven decisions for better business outcomes. Think of it as "making sense" of all the shit (both structured data and unstructured data) you would expect any large corporation to have. We have solutions that fit pretty much across the board from information management and governance, to analytics, security, infrastructure, etc. As to which business vertical...no limit. We've got customers in every space. We have competing products to i2 Analyst's Notebook, but that's a niche area focused only on analytics. My focus is on corporate compliance and eDiscovery. Big Brother shit.

Well the whole idea of big data is bringing disparate data sources together under a single platform, aka data integration, to do analytics on, right? ANB is an analytics platform, yes, they're not quite as robust with information collection, storage, and they don't have much with regards to flexibility in their workflows. but that's cool that HP's got such a large revenue generator. I'm really interested in what HP has to offer wrt the gov't space at the county level. eDiscovery products sound really interesting too because of their relation to infosec.
