    Bilstine adjustable 3" front--add leaf rear--skid row plates +
    Just installed new OME leaf springs and threw out the old leafs with that cheap add a leaf what a difference i should have done this first time around....cost about $400 for leaf springs and bushings and a little exhaust bracket this is a must over a block or add a leaf guys!!!

    Very happy with mine. A little stiff unloaded, but very nice when loaded/towing. Took about 6 months to settle. Work nicely offroad too.

    Oh cool good to know ! i always have a full load when we go camping with my kids and half our house in the back of the truck...so im glad to hear it will haul a load better.

    As I understand, Dakars are only made for the '98 and up trucks? What is the equivalent for the older tacomas? My clapped out '96 needs springs. I know All-Pro and Wheelers offer some, but which crossover to being just like the Dakar?

    Someone has to know about the 1996 97 i juat found this for ya on line but ya i dont know about it being like the dakar springs...

    So, what kind of lift are you seeing after having them in your truck for a bit? These definitely are something i am looking at, though seeing as my truck spends 99% of the time unloaded, im not sire it would be worth the upgrade.

    Well i have the bilstine 5100 on the back and the bilstine 2.5 lift on the front so with the new leaf springs it feels very solid and can take a corner alot better now off road or logging roads i cant say yet... but around town feels great to me and now im about 1" higher in the back but looks fine also i bet it will settle abit after a few months...over all o am very impressed and i do not regreat it at all

    Love mine.

    Unload it's a slightly stiff ride which is a beautiful departure from th soft spongy stock leaf packs.

    Loaded it's a dream. Not stiff, not soft, just perfect (no innuendoes intended).

    Off road, awesome.

    Nope. I put the greaseable shackles on that are stock size.
