2016 in Northeast Pennsylvania

Has anyone been able to test drive a 2016 in NE PA, if so where ?

 

No. Not anytime soon either. It'll be probably 10-14 days before they get on lots. Maybe someone will luck out and get a few earlier.

 

Yeah, just bought one in Pittsburgh. Pick up today.

 

Pitt is western PA.

East/northeast PA has nada so far.

 

hahaha! Good point!! I briefly saw and read "Northeast" and assume Northeast US!!!! I need to slow down!! Sorry!!

 

I'm not sure how north you are but im in the Allentown area, And Millham Toyota in Easton just got in a base SR model you can see it on there site. Also Freedom Toyota in Hamburg claim they have 4 on their website but no Pictures yet.

 

Also Bennett Toyota has them on their website but again no pictures yet, so they may not necessarily have them yet.

 

Well it sucks that there are people already driving them and we can't even check one out in person and test drive one.
Yea, there a couple dealers that have them listed on their websites, but if there are no pictures I don't think they actually have them yet.

 

I posted this in another thread. If you haven't seen them on the lots for yourself they don't exist! Tons of dealerships have them on their websites but they aren't on the lots. I spoke to a dealership in Reading on the phone and was told there is one on the lot. I showed up and nope... Nothing actually there.


So far Faulkner, freedom, Bennett, Rahal, Diamond, and Lancaster do NOT have them. The earliest I was told they will be on the lots in October 15. Maybe some will show up earlier. I hope.

Edit: I haven't checked millham. If they do really have one they would be the first in the area.

 

Was it a Silver Sport Access Cab?

 

I test drove a Silver Sport in Pittsburgh Monday night, but I'm pretty sure they've sold it now

 

Yes I understand this, I know they usually don't have them in. Millham was the only one that had pics of it posted on there lot, But it is only a SR and i believe it is only a 4cy which i feel in this model doesn't do the truck justice because its just bare bones.

 

Gotcha. I agree. But they would be the first that even has a 2016. That's at least a step in the right direction.

 

There is, or was, a 2016 Sport In Cranberry that I drove. Not sure if they sold it yet. I was there Monday night

Performance Toyota is supposed to have some this week

 

bought my pro 13 months ago at scranton toyota,one of the first ones around here, havnt seen any other yet in over a yr. ,, i think they will be getting the 2016's very soon , as they only have 2 or 3 2015's left

 

Yea it's killing me seeing all these ppl with there new tacomas too! I just want to see one in person also but was told anyday so we'll see

 

Scw156, can't believe u they told u they had one there and then u show up only to find out there isn't one. I would've been jacked!

 

The SR is on the lot at milham, saw it last Saturday. Bennett called me and said they would be on lot Tuesday or Wednesday next week.
