Damn, dude.. I'm not in the market right now. But I'm going to guess your step-daughter is NOT coming over for Thanksgiving! I agree with everything you stated in the ad about what type of person she is, but coming from a poor-decision-making mother myself, I REALLY hope that her kid doesn't suffer. But hey, TW is for Dr. Phil. right?!

Wow.. I can see there are just a few too many sensitive pussy-farts on here. NO ONE did ANY shit-talking about X-Terras or FJs or any other vehicles. It was only noted that there were owners of non-Tacomas on here.

And it's MOTHERFUCKING SERGEANT, UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS, since I didn't realize there was a rank structure for a thread.

Drove another '16 just now. AC TRD Sport in black with the auto and orange interior trim. I want that damn orange but nope can't have it!

The auto feels way lazier than the 2nd gen auto to be honest. It takes its time to shift even in the auto-stick mode. The engine is peppier but in the higher rpms too. Ride quality is about the same just quieter and a better seating position.

I think I'll get the auto one just for the extra off road stuff but who knows. Maybe I'll change my mind 25 times before choosing which transmission I want.

All in all is kept a smile on my face the whole time driving it! 259d5f2690931a9cab2583efe4f31ab8_56ed01dc003202f22273d71cad10822e275e1246.jpgf66037ee1bc0087911282fd157aa5905_97c0754cdd2023943c116d2a32b89a89bfff2637.jpgb539fdc7d9d35f382d0bfe07c3b442ff_d11616af62a1181d15caf40ebcd6161a20c69cfd.jpg9322f024d36ba9210287b215113012e5_3357bed12300bd30a13ae796c63de4ed9f15abff.jpgd34974895307cf22189b25e055fe863f_c254c120adacc859719bea696180ada790e0d8e0.jpg5a90daef6d17a8c28e095658a43e3221_6eba411b26511ec1baad46b116d3c5102cf90c4d.jpg20a5a0435e53246e67f424746ed8e651_bf3152e0d15c22d16561bf33d76c4603a86c5d3a.jpg

That orange is sharp! Would you be modifying this one or leaving it ( mostly) stock?

I love the Orange! Might be worth the color change to maybe quicksand. I will be putting a subtle lift and tires on it but nothing like the current truck

The only time I've not been grinning as I read or write a reply on here has been when correcting tacomagirl. Otherwise, i consider everyone ( that I've met, at least) an internet- level friend.

And it won't be any of that block lift crap. Since I have Fox on this truck I'll probably do king coil overs and shock on the 16 and all pro leafs again

    Damn that interior looks niiiiiiiiiceee!

As for the fuckery, I am certainly a sensitive pussy-fart but I'd like to point out to Mr. Motherfucking Sergeant that we're all friends in here. Plenty of fun gets poked at our beloved token Xterra guy and it's all well meaning. Just please don't lecture anyone on AEP land or joke about beer, some things are far too personal:laugh:

I'm curious as to what their longevity will be. My boss has one and is pleased with it so far but only time will tell how durable they are. Perhaps I'll have to move to a Colorado if my taco ever craps out:anonymous:

Overall quality seemed nice. The vents and buttons didn't seem up to par with the new Tacoma but the leather seats were a nice touch. The touch screen system was absolute shit though. Ride was very soft and quiet.

I couldn't romp on the engine though as the guy drove with me this time
