I think there might be 2 or 3 of us heading out there to do some wheeling with you guys.

 

Awesome!!! As it sits right now, we have 9 confirmed, 2 possibles (trying to get their rigs ready) and I believe the Flint Hills Jeep Club will have a few guys out there out there running the trails too. I ran with them in that video. Good group of guys and have extensive knowledge on the trails. I will PM you with all the details.

 

Request sent on FB to "Kansas City Tacoma Club" (from Josh). I live in a small town north of Lawrence and work in Leavenworth. Glad to see that there is a Tacoma Club around.

 

Just got a new TRD Sport, haven't had a chance to do any substantial mods yet. If you guys would be up for a newcomer joining you, i'd love to hit up tuttle with you guys. Lived in manhattan for four years and never had a chance to go there. I'll send a request to that FB group.

Awesome, do you guys usually caravan out there? I had a Durango when I lived out there and was always to scared to take it to the ORV but I've camped out there a few times. Is there enough a stock taco can do?

 

Only one person in our group has been there. So i couldnt say. But i know they are making a trip tomorrow with the nebraska guys still i think. Im sure you could join them.

A few of our guys are joining them this time last i heard. But we as a kc group havent yet been there.

A big THANK YOU to everyone came out and made this weekend possible. I would definitely say that the trip was a huge success. Kind of got hairy with a lot of people, almost should of broke off into two small groups with a lead. I have 35 GB worth of video to skim and edit into a trip feature. So I will be buried in my computer for a while hahaha.

 

kinda bummed I was the only one who didn't make it up that one ledge and had to be winched up...... Oh well I know me and my dog had a blast!!!! Thanks for the invite

 

Man, i really need to keep up with this thread more, and get out to events/meetngreets I feel like not being on FB is part of the problem... Do you guys ever get together and do 'wrenching meets'?

 

yeah, we have had some weekends where we get together and work on trucks/make fun of each other. Also there is tomorrow night, we usually meet up at some restaurant and hang out for a little.

 

i hope last weekend didnt scare you away?

 

Haha, it scared the hell out of me, but probably not away. Once that jeep guy had to turn in we took the chance to get out, ran into Manhattan for a few hours. Watched the game from kites, saw the old house, etc... then came back to fancy creek to camp. Didn't run into anyone else back at camp though. I need to get some extra clearance before trying that again! Thanks for letting me tag along, it's gonna be interesting to see if I show up in J Rod's video of the day.

 

Excited to see if you find a thoroughly confused blue stock Tacoma in there lol
