Won't see the front coil-overs for a few more days so I'd say not until mid October - weekend of the 16th-18th - at the earliest as I'm not pushing and shoving to get in there. Want to take my time and make sure everything is in hand so we don't get stuck mid-project realizing that a part is missing because I pulled a dummy.

Next weekend I'm taking the truck to a local tint shop to get a Crawldorado black-out kit installed along with a clear UV film for the windshield. Columbus day I'm taking the truck to a local shop to get some work done to the camper that is long overdue. Forgot to warn my wife about the overall height and she pulled it out of the garage onto allot of snow and it raised the truck up enough that it ripped one of the FlipPac lid hold down bars off. @headhunter247 saw it when we were at the lake, As novel as the FlipPac was to him I'm sure he will agree that my temporary fix looks terrible.

Ok cool, I'm on base so if I'm not doing anything I'm down. Just give me a heads up. I'm about to text you so you have my number. It's easier to get a hold of me that way.

Also have a pair of All-Pro Expo rear leafs. I'm waffling about snatching a pair of ATO HD shackles real quick as well.

As to getting you on base, we would just meet outside of the west gate as the "pass & id" station is there and get you a temporary pass for access.

Annoyed with myself right now for not checking on availability of the tires I want earlier knowing that they would probably be a special order. Staring at the clock waiting for "business hours" to start so I can call up some different vendors to hopefully find a set in stock.

What tires are you planning on getting. I'm due for a new set soon and am probably moving away from BFG KM2's. I don't know if it's me and my style of wheeling but I've torn two sets up.

I'm really sold on these Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx tires. My brother in law swears by them and when I looked them up here on TW I found this thread which sold me on them.

    EDIT:

@YotaDan again working his magic and getting packages delivered early.

Done everything you have listed at least twice on 2nd gens or like..10 times on 1st gens other than the ARB diff breather kit.

Probably a day and a half with the UCAs. Those are a PITA on 2nd gens.

Starting to look like we need to just organize a St. Louis Metro area mod day. I've heard great things about the Come Up winches but have never actually seen one in person.

With all of these parts that are coming in I'm collecting allot of stickers. I usually throw them away as it's not my thing but if anyone wants them let me know and I'll save them for you.

I should be getting my new suspension from Wheelers on Monday. Custom Icon Stage 4 set up with 700# springs, Dakar leaf pack, and tubular Icon UCA's. Plus all the little essential stuff.

Right on, Icon makes good kit and your selection sounds rock solid. I need to get back with Wheeler's as well to buy some minor stuff too.

I still am trying to figure out what wheels to get in order to run 285's without spacers. So far the only 16" wheel I have confirmed will work for what I want is the SCS F5. Seen here. Anyone know of any others?

Those wheels have always appealed to me, nice clean performance look. I can't remember which brand of wheels @headhunter247 has on his truck but they looked sharp but for some reason I recall him suggesting to not buy that brand for some reason. I'm sticking with 17" wheels here and pretty sure after winter is over that I'm going to pony back up and buy another set of Rock Monsters but this time in black.

I've been searching for a nice set of steelies that would not require spacers, but can't seem to find any.

I remember that you were looking for 16" wheels but would the 17" Toyota steel wheels work without spacers? If I recall correctly there was someone here on TW that was selling new take offs pretty cheap. I think they are the ones that got pulled off of FJ Cruisers but are also used as spares for our trucks. They are 17" x 7.5" with 4.5" backspacing and will easily fit 295/70/17's with your lift.

web search with some details and prices.

They are yours for a price, now you have to show me where I screwed up when I tied my IPF's into the low beams. And then there is this heated mirror kit I've just recently received...

When is your fall break? I'm starting to think that we really do need to do a "St. Louis Metro area mod day."
