Is it possible to get an aftermarket radio (ex: panasonic) that will accept the steering radio controls I have in my truck? Having 4 useless buttons sitting on my steering would be bugging me if I change this shitty oem radio.

You have to buy an adapter kit but it can be done. Not sure of the brands, but someone on here will chime in. Do a search on the forum, you should find some information.

Eclipse AVN6620. It plugs right in to the factory harness and works without adaptors. Steering wheel controls and all.

Thanks for the suggestion, this seems like a sweet unit. And for the original, giant hole that the radio will leave after removing it, will this eclipse fit into one of those replacement faces that we can fit for add-on radios?
