Woman run over in Peori for being too "westernized"

I grew up in an almost totally white, rural area. I had no idea what "Jewish" meant. There were a lot of people in my area who didn't like people that were not like themselves. I blame this on the fact that they didn't have exposure to other cultures. I will freely admit that before moving to my first big city, I was somewhat racist. But after living around people from a lot of different places, you find that we're pretty much all in it together, have the same concerns, same problems, and same interests. I have friends who are black, asian, Indian, Gay, super liberal and super conservative.

Its the assholes I can't stand and they seem to come in every flavor. Those people I tend to avoid.

In Lewisville,TX there was a taxi driver from Pakistan (I believe) that murdered (by gunshot) his two daughters because they had become too "westernized" and the older one was dating a caucasion.
