@BadBrains hey you have any other info on that V8 swap we got to talking about? The last couple days I have been more interested in it and have been looking at 2UZ motors online lol. I'm kinda thinking it would be cool to do it

Lots of blank spots still. I did get a reply from someone that I sent a PM to, however he pointed me to PM him on his site, and am now waiting a reply there....so nothing new yet.

I think it'll be sometime before the parts needed become common knowledge.

Magnuson just released the 3.4 supercharger. LC Engineering told me they're looking into the 4.0 next, so that may be an option again. I put the bug in their ear to look into the 4.7 too.

Imagine a supercharged 2UZ, that would be even more fun.

There is a video of a '75 corolla with a 1-uz from a lexus sc400 that is supercharged. Badass car. The guys that make the videos have a cool car podcast as well. The Smoking Tire. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJMAy7Z6zys

Yeah seen that, looks like a fun build. All function over form, even though it still looks cool.

I've wanted to use some 180 degree headers before seeing that vid as well. A lot of domestic guys think V8's lose their "manhood" sound with those, but I think they're right at home on an import.

I found another cool sand pit on the north end of the range a month or two ago when i was out exploring. Not as big as the big one from the pcola meet when chris was still around. Ill have to check a map and see if I can locate it again

oh ya? the one we found is HUGE! @BadBrains I think I fixed that problem with my truck running hot, after cleaning all that mud out of the radiator, my temp never got above 194 which is right smack in the middle, even at full throttle and being winched out

Count me in! I'm down to go... Just let me know.

I took her across the street from my house today... Nothing crazy, but she got a lil muddy!
