I put the G4 on a few weeks ago, based on @916carl review, my dad and his OCD went crazy getting it "perfect", in the end, love it!

I have the Pop-n-Lock too, haven't put it in yet.

Looks good! I'm hoping this afternoon it will warm up enough so I can put the front and rear seal on.
Installing the pop-n-lock is easy. It takes more time to disassemble/reassemble the tailgate than it does to install the handle.
That was the first thing I did. So far works well. And I like the fact that the ignition key also opens the tailgate.
Later on I plan to install the add-on so I can unlock and lock it with the keyfob.

when you did your install, did you also install a piece of insulation around the tailgate? If so, can you post pics?

I am picking up my 2016 TRD Sport today and just ordered an Extang 2.0 from Amazon for 708.00 free shipping. Wont be here until Dec 29th but saved close to 100.00 compared to most other places I checked.

How is the fold a cover G4 elite with rain and washing the truck? Does it leak much? What is the pop a lock deal? Are you all changing out the locks?

I didn't change the locks - they work fine. I took my truck through a drive through car wash a few times, a self wash (coin op power wash) many times and drive in the rain a lot - all with little to no leakage. I just don't focus the pressure wand on the joint when using the coin op. The only minor water intrusion is in the front corners where I trimmed the gasket a little too short. Wish I had kept the excess to cover the gap but didn't.

Pop n Lock is the tailgate replacement lock. Mixed reviews. Electric ones seems to have more issues. If you get one, get it only from an authorized dealer or Pop n Lock for warranty service, you might need it. I'm going to get one soon, I have the G4 Elite, I like it.
