Clutch interlock safety switch override. lets you start your truck while in gear. (manual transmission only)

Note: Believe Toyota uses the verbiage now of "Clutch start cancel".

Well, naturally you will not have a switch there because you have an automatic transmission and thus do not require the switch.

Yeh no switch because you don't have that option if you don't have a manual trans. The wiring harnesses for certain models are the same so even if you don't have the feature, you get the wiring for it.

About running aftermarket lights you can easily install your own switch and wiring in these blanks with little trouble.

I would run new wires from the fuse block for whatever project your attempting. You can use any of those blank switch areas to mount switches, it is however a bad idea to try and alter the wiring in that circuit as it still may be tied to the ignition circuit. Better off running a new line from the fuse block, to a switch (or power relay) then to whatever your trying to run - winch, lights, air compressor, etc.
