Checked USAA car buying service today for loaded DC TRD OR 4x4 in my zip and the prices are coming in at about 500 under MSRP. Not really great IMO.

Boston area here. I got it at $700 over invoice (+ some BS $300 doc fee).

I am working on them to get to invoice... we'll see.

Is there a section of the website that has a list of Costco associated dealerships?

Costco eventually tells you but that doesn't mean they'll have 2016 pricing. A lot is based on inventory. I figure for me, $500 over invoice plus bs dealer fee isn't bad. Especially throwing my rebate in ther I'm sitting right at invoice

The neighborhood I live in is across the street from the Toyota dealership I have purchased several vehicles from. My Costco is ~30 miles away. The dealer the Costco program set me up with is ~15 miles past that. I got the auto-e-mail from them immediately. 2 days later (today) the salesman tried to call me but I didn't recognize/answer it. Then he texted me a picture of a red DCSB Sport being delivered off the transporter with no message. I thought that was pretty cool although it was far from the truck I inquired about through the Costco website.

After texting him back and forth a few times he tells me "They do not allow the Tacoma to be in the Costco program but we would still work a deal on it".

I got similar responses about TrueCar from some dealers. Ultimately it comes down to how greedy they are, found some that were willing to deal tho. Hell if a salesman hooked me up with a family or friend discount I would give him straight cash and make it worthwhile. I'm sure the profit margin is better than we think on these

I just got my Costco membership this past spring and have never experienced the auto program. So this is false information he is telling me? I really was just going to use them to get a price and then go back to the dealer I am familiar with to see if they could beat or match.

The costco dealer near me said the inventory wasn't high enough yet to justify the discounts Costco was asking for. If you want your local dealer to match a deal just throw some zip codes in TrueCar until you find one near invoice. I know for a fact Woodbridge, VA has a dealer that's dealing close to invoice if location doesn't matter for competition. Just google the zip code there. Invoice dealers is another good tool but they don't have the 2016 on there yet

I'm in Sterling VA and have been stalking the TW forum since early Spring. What dealership in Woodbridge is offering pricing near invoice?

Lustine Toyota. Ask for Jeramy Routh. Mine came out to less than $500 over invoice on true car, called them up, said they would honor the price and told them what I wanted. Inventory manager called Toyota and put my specs in for a vehicle scheduled to be built October 12th. They approved it and I'm just waiting for it to be built now. Most others won't budge off msrp or won't try and change allocations. You either get what's coming or special order and wait 3-4 months

too early on for the costco price on those 16' Tacomas . I bought my current car through Costco 8 years ago, great experience.
I think back then i paid close to invoice. When I looked for a 2014 tacoma that what I was quoted as well by the participating dealers.

What about that infamous 900 freight charge? I know some places don't include that when quoting the vehicle price

It seems that the deals are negotiated individually. My local dealership Costco setup is $250 over invoice for whatever Tacoma you want.
Got a similar deal on my 2010 SR5.
