Hmm, actually I need to do this just across the silver plastic spokes at the bottom of the wheel. When I bought my 2015, I noticed I did not like this interupted surface variation when steering with one hand. Coming from and 01 5-speed, I'm very accoustomed to one-handeed steering/brody steering on a wheel with a uniform surface, and my hand slipped on the plastic.

Got rear ended... What do you think.... totalled? Lady claimed brakes went out but also said she worked a double last night so I think she fell asleep. She hit the truck behind me so hard that he was pushed from a stop into me causing the damage you see below. 38fe3be213965e281e8255b3f893007a_e1e0c1c50447c88a4cf7016821ba29f36d1595a3.jpgb05282f0f6ed42a801e529ab06921bc6_ee930c5e68f6e9186322ef468bf72db2e11c16ad.jpg0d875108952b6c2568883e2bc683df86_fc82b72ad13c33f96b48bbec56777f4099527fec.jpge21cfa028e1d29495d247a85500caebf_3d3f3b1df8551d837e0b02354ca8afd02e5a77ef.jpgbcf88a458401410a64df51e7b5ad1061_92fccaa0cec0e3b7fe08ca08976f5e89bbad5bf9.jpg1fbc412b812be78b976e8ac41e9aa760_3edfb5de773810f551df13794aaf0354c2cf85fd.jpg

Doubt that it will be totaled. They'll probably just straighten out the frame.

Yuck and I'm stuck with diminished value. The frame is bent down enough to warp the composite bed and it is tilted down at the cab.

Did you take a picture of the whole truck? If the frame is bent in several locations, it might get scrapped.

What year is your truck? Unless it's brand new I won't be surprised if it's totaled. Considering you were the secondary impact she must have been moving pretty fast still at impact.

Great news is they can EASILY determine whether her brakes were faulty or not. Regardless, very hard not to find her 100% responsible when she rear ends two stopped vehicles.

I've seen a handful of Tacoma rear end photos on TW already. The frame apparently bends easily.

Anyone know the bolt size for the spot in the engine bay to attach a auxiliary fuse block?

    Here ya' go.
Started with a clove hitchEnded with a simple pass through as if you were going to tie an over hand knot or your shoes.
Then just cinch down a bit to get it nice and snug and trim it. Take your favorite lighter and just melt the ends and mash it down and your good to go. I was going to clove hitch it at the other end but I was having a major brain fart and said to hell with it.

If you're talking about the bolts on that fender, an M8 X 1.25 fits.

I believe it's an M8 1.25 bolt that fits in those oem holes

I'll get one tomorrow. The auto body shop at the dealer got one though. The bottom of the bed bounced off the rocker panel on the driver's side.
