    Yeah, he told me there's basically two ways of going about it. 1. I go and get an estimate and get it to him and they'll give me the money. 2. He'll turn it in and let it go to the corporate office etc etc.
    I'll be going with the first option.

    Yeah my bad I didn't mention it. But they're going to, at least that's what the security dude said. There's proof their guy did it.

    Yeah he was a good guy. Hopefully it will be a seamless transaction, when I get the estimate and take it up there. He mentioned the boy kept asking him throughout the day whether he'd looked at the video yet, guess he was a bit anxious.

    So the neighbor across the street's kid is unaware of how to curb park a car. The HOA keeps sending them letters, and the city has told them to knock it off. Waiting for the $$ tickets to come next.
