    Went to that same area a couple years ago and it was a great spot, especially in october. Pretty narrow drive in and left some stripes down my buddy's brand new truck (f150) but I think a taco would slide right through

    I'm currently attending ASU Polytechnic. Loving it so far. This is my first year there.
    From what I've been told by my advisor, the mechanical engineering program at polytechnic is still a BSE and accredited. The only difference is Polytechnic is a hands on school while Tempe is research and theory based.

    Finally made it back from Cali. What a long exhausting and overwhelming trip. Kids got sick, in-laws water heater blew (cold showers only), LA traffic blows, white paint sucks for bugs, in-laws fought the whole time, and I have to work at 4 am tomorrow. Truck ran good though despite the exhaust sounding like shit. Saw a lot of sweet tacomas along the way as well, even got a few headlight flashes and head nods from other tacomas owners along the way.

    Correct about the difference about the Polytechnic campus. The degree you will get is the Mechanical Engineering Technology. Still a BSE degree though.

    If you get a chance. Learn Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing. You will be a head of the game by far. I have not earned all of this and it has been a hindrance in me getting jobs.
