My 16 is on a 3" lift with 285/70 17's. Zero cutting and zero rubbing. Could probably go a little bigger without issue

    Yes sir
Off the top of my head, I think it was 2.4 on both sides. I trimmed and removed the mud flaps but I'm pretty sure there are quite a few other guys who didn't have to do a CMC. Definitely need to for 35's though. Weird...

I keep hearing this but have yet to see anyone stuff their tires at full lock and take a pic. Not doubting you, just curious to see the clearance space.

This. I don't rub at all until full lock and usually on a decline or angle of sort. Just because you can turn most of the way and not rub dosent mean you clear 33s.

    Is that a 6" lift?

Sooo much front end on these trucks... starting to look like a Japanese Dodge Dakota IMO. Almost need 33/35s just to balance out the look.

...Pardon me if this is an obvious question...or even a non-question.....but I always was told that the wheels/tires that come standard on any vehicle are kinda linked into the odometer...

.....in other words, they are a 'matched' pair.....and if you get bigger or smaller rims.....and/or tires....it will affect both your odometer readings and speedometer readings....

...basically, cos the tire is not rotating at the same rate....so it gives wrong info to the odometer device.....

...Is this still true?....and if it is....what do you guys do to compensate for that?......

    Or they can be recalibrated

after riding on 5100's for 2 years plus,(fr-.85,stock sport springs/rear 5100/tsb springs)i'd say they are more sporty on the street than stock "trd bilstein",even at my minimal height gain, the truck feels more secure, handeling-wise...on rough surface roads,to me,it's harsh..the units are working, but there's not much compliance..the originals(blue/yellow,4600's) would give up and go to mush if pushed..the 5100's don't but it's a harder ride..i can qualify that and throw in the "rides like a truck" card,i'd like to see more controlled cycling in front..all in all,i'm saying that compared to stock,it's better..just make you wonder if the "high dollar"(icon, fox,tc,ect)can out preform the bilsteins by such a margin, that it would negate the price difference.on smooth interstate or surface roads, the ride is firm but nicely controlled, soaks up random road bumps.but on broken pavement or exposed, continous expansion joints, they don't recover fast enough...they stay hard till the pavement smoothes out again..i'll assume that the high dollar units devote more engineering to valving as opposed to a relative"off the shelf unit" like the bilsteins....but I don't have a "seat of the pants" comparison....jus sayin'

OME is for sure better than 5100s.

Glad I got my 2015. Im jealous of the features and quieter cabin, but even lifted that thing is ugly.
