FS: 3rd Gen 2016-23 (W/ TSS Bracket) Tacoma Grill Mesh - New Hood, Headlight, Fog Light Pieces too!

Our Mesh:

We use 14 gauge (1/16" Thick) Slotted Perforated Aluminum Mesh. This material will not rust. The gloss and flat black finishes are Powder Coated.

Bezels:
We only use OEM bezels that we purchase from Toyota. This is the thin plastic part that separates the inner grill area from the outer painted shroud.

Base price of a Mesh & Bezel is pre-mounted on Black (unpainted) bezel
+$50 mesh pre-mounted on Chrome bezel
+$75 mesh pre-mounted on OEM Color Match or Flat Black (painted) bezel

Big Letters (standard 6 piece lettering from A,C,M,O,T, or Y.):

OEM Toyota Plastic Emblem (2.5" x 14" With Black Outline):
We only use OEM Toyota Emblems that we purchase from Toyota. These are plastic. The color match finishes are Wet Painted.

TSS Sensor Bracket (2018+ Only): We designed and tested a bracket to relocate the 2018+ sensor from the emblem to lower on the grill. We use a polycarbonate window in front of the bracket to protect it. From our testing, the sensor retains proper functionality of the TSS system.

Hoping to have truck pics soon. The 2016's are scarce right now around my area, I might need to ship it out to make it happen though.

 

I think it looks great, but 24hr cure time is a bit rough with the goop. Hopefully you can find a way to attach with hardware. I'm digging it though! Clean, simple and stealthy.

 

I think I'd like it more if it still had a Toyota emblem in the middle. Looks nice, though.

I agree . We do have alternate adhesives available that dry much faster, though they are usually cost prohibitive unless we're in a hurry.

This looks good just wish it was in the same font as the rest of truck. ie the Tacoma stamp font from the tailgate

Where are you? Surely someone within driving distance would swing by.

 

This mixed with this and you can have my money. Either set up. I think the top one might look better with the letters IMO. You could put in Toyota or Tacoma or just taco in larger font. This is exactly what I'm looking for.

 

I have over 20 different styles of mesh available. About 10 of them would be suitable for something this shape and size. I'm in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Silver is no problem. We've done gunmetal in the past with mixed results on the durability.

I do have the lettering available. Currently using the 2012-15 letter sizing, but I'll make a larger series for the 2016.

In regards to the raptor-style mesh with the bends, it's likely possible to make it. I plan on exploring that soon. We're just at the beginning of testing what's viable for designs, and the start of it all was what I initially posted. Unknown where it'll go from there.
