Awwww. Dont be hurt. Not to mention I run toytec stuff on my last two trucks. Geesh. The SEMA truck though does look good. Some of those other trucks are nasty. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and "cool stories" and someone must have cared since you took the time to respond

Poor decision. I could go out and buy one tomorrow, I test drove a sport AC yesterday. One could say the same about your decision to purchase a 2016. All I hear is alot of butthurt you guys in the 3rd gen section need to lighten the f up. Its not personal. Holy crap. I think its ugly you think mine is archaic. To each their own. Chill newbie.

Guys, I started this thread to help one another. Not to start arguments, is it cool to ask that both of you agree to disagree with your opinions and get back to the one thing we all have in common, which is we freaking love taco's regardless of the Gen ?

So what was Toyota thinking by making one of the passenger side UCA bolts only removable by cutting out? I guess they expect dealers to do this whenever a UCA, or its bushings, needs replacement? Seems stupid

Also, if the oem one doesn't fit coming out, how are y'all getting the new one back in?

Who's said feelers are hurt? My point was if you don't care for the 3rd generation, why post about it?

    Carry on.

I still think its nice, its a taco, I just cant get past the front end, I drove one yesterday, lots of improvement, but as most people I just cant live with something I dont enjoy lusting at. If I could slap my 2015 front end on the 2016 I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

You can put the bolt in the opposite direction when you reinstall it. Plenty of room to do it that way, just make sure to add some loctite to the threads as an added safety precaution.

Sorry, there is no official answer if TRD exhaust can be swapped nor TRD intake if that is the next question. I will know when I go to the Tacoma Launch on the 13th when I have the Product Trainers in front of me. Ill have plenty of stuff to post then. Ill be there between 8:30 am and 11:00am and will give live up to date post, so if you guys have any questions feel free to ask them and Ill be sure I get them answered.
