The new custom grille insert by DBCustomz is pretty sweet, and as a bonus requires no cutting. We're still working on installed pictures as this grille is headed back to the Dallas dealership where it was borrowed from.

The grille is going to run $519.00 shipped to the lower 48. The pictured Baja Designs cubes are not included in that price however. You can run any 3x3 LED cube that you like.

I don't know how he did it, but DB just said there isn't any cutting involved with the new grille insert. That'll make life easy.

 

And this is before powder coat! Gonna look sharp all backed out.

 

love it. black powder would look nice with a black 2016 OR. Estimate on Price?

 

The base grill will be flat black and the letters over the top will be wrinkle black. Pricing will be available soon.

i think with this option, it will make the 2016 a lot more appealing. The one thing I dont like about the 2016 is the grill.

The grille is a bit of an eyesore, so hopefully DB's grille will tame it down a bit.

Will thee be any customization options? Like different lettering sizes/fonts or different grill patterns?

I'll have to talk to DB about the customization options. The "TOYOTA" cutout will more than likely be able to be powder coated different colors, but I don't think the size will change. Like the earlier grilles the option of just having mesh with raised letters will also be there. As soon as DB has finalized the options I'll report back.

I'm glad to see you guys are interested in the new grille. Even though I don't have one of the new 16's I'm excited to see how this thing is going to change the front end.

We're still waiting on powder coat. The shop is slammed right now. As soon as I get pictures and pricing I'll let you guys know.

The grille pictured above is headed to a dealership near Dallas to go back on a truck that's sitting on the showroom floor. Therefore DB needs a local truck to install a grille in for installed pictures.
