ordered my 5100's online monday. rejected my card for "incorrect billing information". well it was right technically, i have a different billing address compared to my physical address. well i used my physical address and it worked. got my statement and tracking number email. check my bank account online and i got charged for the shocks twice.

called them yesterday, they said where i tried it twice it went through twice, they were refunding it and if it wasnt back in my account by this evening to call. so i checked today and it wasnt credited back. so i call them and they said theyd call back, this was 2 hours ago. got an email of another statement saying i claim i was charged twice but was not and they can prove it. but i am "being billed at no charge"

so i emailed them back and said ok, it may be the bank, ill check tomorrow but if not ill fax you the transaction that shows i was charged twice...just frustrating

i've had to deal with the same problem before with other companies :(

usually is just the credit card company's delay in processing.
