Starting to see 2016's on the road here in SoCal. Three in the last four days.

I think the average person will not be able to tell the difference between the 2nd & 3rd generation Tacoma's.

They look very similar to the untrained eye

I love how you guys blew apart my post about a tundra being a good deal. Reread my post "hard to justify the need" which means I'm not buying it. You guys. But thank you for being so concerned with my finances.

The point I was making is I can get a TRD off-road crew max 4wd tundra for less/same price than a new TRD Tacoma

    :notsure:

Why not just say there is a Tundra on for a good deal instead of hinting that you are interested in it? I have no interest or investment on your finances but you have shared them on here as of late on a thread or two.

    Anyways, moving on.

Wtf are you talking about shared my finances, I discussed my mistake of buying a full size and getting into a Tacoma, sure. I can buy that truck if I wanted to cause yes I'm in a good financial place is it smart no no be vehicle is and I don't need you to tell me what to do. I am an adult, there's no need for me to be in a tundra and so I didn't buy it. Is it appealing sure just like a vette would be to someone else. Not trying to be an ass here but you sometimes come off as a pompous know it all. Especially since you know nothing about me or my finances. Sorry but mind your own business.

On another members credit card debt thread you mentioned your own debt and then mentioned that you had cut back. Maybe you shouldn't share everything about your own finances and then make a comment regarding a large possible purchase. It's not being pompous when I take your own words the same as others have, I wasn't the only one commenting on your comment, and reflect my opinion on them on an open forum

Please, keep ranting about how mean and pompous I'm being. I'd love to hear you keep blowing your top over the situation you've created for yourself on here. I guess the truth hurts. Don't get pissed off at me about that.

Not sure why @usafwx is getting so worked up over this. I tried to make it clear that I just thought the juxtaposition of his financial advice with his comment was funny. No personal squabble required. It's all good.

For whatever it's worth to him I didn't mean it in anyway personal. Again, I just found the comment humourus given another comment he had made. If he took it offensively he should know there was no offense meant.

Now wasn't this about the turd gen or something like that...

I usually like your posts and yes I have debt and some on a cc but it's getting paid down, Dave Ramsey debt snowball ;) but if bet most on her have debt and we are all far from perfect, I'm just old enough now I realize I don't need the latest or greatest but still would love to have a tundra. I did take it a bit offensive I did comment in the debt thread but to be fair why would you even bother mentioning it or implying that's all. No qualms here. Not sure if "turd" gen was intentional. Lol

It was intentional. I have to make a joke in there somewhere :).

No worries man. I'll let you in on a secret. I'm 28 and have my own set of debts. My comment was not meant to offend because I've been in your situation not to long ago and what you said in that thread was spot on.
