It is if you are running 255's or smaller.. But then BS and offset come into play and push the tires out

Our 16x8 4.5" bs will work just fine with 255-265 tires if you're worried about too much poke or rubbing.

I have 235's. I'm committed to that size for many reasons. Max recommended wheel width is 7.5." 4runner 5 spoke alloys are 16X7/4.5" bs and look almost as good as F5's. Almost. I'll probably grab a set of those...

Not trying to be a dick. But the demand isnt there for a wheel size that small to justify them making it. Youre probably one of the few on this site. Unless your running a tiny 5 lug i dont even know why you would go that small of a tire, but to each their own.

Not trying to be a dick...but I don't even know why you would get bent out of shape about the size of my tires.

I decided to do something a little different and paint my skids to match my gunmetal wheels.

I used the rustoleum flat soft iron over grey primer.

    I'll get more pictures later...

These rims are beautiful! Is anyone running them on a 1st Gen Tacoma with 255 85r16s? I'm looking to see what offset is more ideal for the least amount of rub. I know this tire is bigger and rubbing will happen either fender or frame but I'm just curious. What would be better the 4.5 or 3.5 backspacing? Thanks

    Check my build out.

I have 255 with 3.5 BS and have very minimal rub on mud flaps and the front of the rear fender.

Thanks Delta00, great rig... I just started getting into the first pages. I'm going to try and check them all out asap..

I'm liking the way it will all fit, especially if it's only a little rub here and there

Are you able to put a different center cap on these wheels? Maybe from another SCS wheel?

Sorry, but our other caps will not work on the F5s.
