    Same thing happened to me. The 887's were not enough spring for a plate bumper (allpro steel version).

    I upgraded to Icon 700lb adjustable ones and really wished I had started with those.

    I replaced the entire 887 spring + Nitrocharger shock coilover assembly with these and specified to YotaDan that I wanted the stiffer 700lb springs on them because I run the allPro one-piece steel front bumper, which is one of the heavier bumpers even without a winch installed in it.

    I really wanted to be able to tune my lift so my truck sits level... and the adjustable front assembly allowed me to do that.

    I'm not saying 'buy icons' ... even though that's what I found to be the best solution for my build. The price difference is substantial, but the icons were ultimately what worked best for me.

    Wheelers is incredible to deal with. YotaDan is a member on the forums and had a great deal of patience with me when I first started looking into lifting my Tacoma.

    886 have softened up. Took me out on a 700 mile road trip and it seems to have done the trick. Add sliders and a skid and it'll be perfect

    @Festus I'm running 886's they are STIFF as hell..!! I hate them, I have about 15k and they do not get softer. I also, have some weight upfront ARB, Warn M800 & @Pelfreybilt IFS skid. IMHO any other OME Spring and the truck will sag. Best advise is learn to live with them as I did. :( or...
