Ok got the udr headers installed along with the Ypipe. I installed the 0/2 sim backwards witch caused a check engine light. So I swapped the O/2 sim and cleared the code. All was great to day. Tell my last drive. It tripped a check engine light again. Anyone else having this issue?

Sounds like a piss poor company.
If they have that attitude to customers they will not last long. Word will get out and people will stop buying from them. If they don't fix this I will make sure to post in every thread to not buy from them. I'm hoping I don't have to do that. I hoping they will take care of the issues I'm having.

They have been contacted by lawyers before.... I have openly complained about their mk2 exhaust not fitting, and gadget ignored me for a year or two, then admitted to changing the jig later on because he couldn't get it to fit a customers truck..... Sent me a check to cover my costs to custom fab mine..... As for his intakes leaking at the maf seat, he suggested rtv...... Not a replacement, not an apology, not a promise to rework anything...... .......... Just the standard "we have sold XXX of these........" U know the rest, and then the rtv suggestion........ Now, how fun does that sound when it comes time to clean the maf sensor?

Brianawd, have you rechecked all of the hardware to make sure it is all tight?

Did you add in the thick URD header to Y-pipe gaskets during the install?

    ^this. Calm down @Justus

My sims I got a month ago for the same install as OP worked great, so in this case it would seem URD is correct in saying they've sold xxx amount with no issues. I'm not defending urd just hate it when people blast into threads with their raging hate boners. Maybe you should leave install to the pros if you can't handle it @Justus :p

No, you blasted into my thread about it before I could make my own opinion a while back. While I appreciate your concern, don't vent your issues to me idgaf. Others I've wheeled with have had great things to say about them local to me. And go ahead and tell me if I don't like what your saying then I should just move along, cuz I just did.

Benefit of doubt...... Maybe he bipolar...... I've had long talks with him on the phone and he seemed like a good dude..... But When it came to fixing faulty products he doesn't man up to some I guess.

Like I said, not endorsing everybody buy his shit just that it's been a normal business interaction for me. I called to ask about re-routing some wires and he was happy to talk to me about it.

sincerely glad u got good service......yrs ago He helped me with a maf calibrator and we talked in depth about his intake and how he went thru 7 different designs to get the optimum maf placement........ But honestly, QC and customer service have all but gone to shit IMHO...... Again, happy u got the help u deserved.

I have gone over everything. I did the install then drove the truck around for the evening. Next morning I got up and checked all the hardware. Checked all the nuts and bolts to make sure everything was tight. Unplugged the O/2 sim and checked all the pins. Plugged it all back in. I used the gasket kit from udr and picked up new exhaust manifold gaskets from the dealer. So I know I'm good there. I just found O/2 extensions on udr's website. So I'm going to talk to them about getting a set and moving the main O/2 into the collect rather then them only being in the middle runner. Fact is right now I can drive the truck but about about 10miles it gives me PO420. I clear it and it comes right back after about 10 miles.

I got the front extensions so my front o2 is read from the collector. Did you make sure to plug the sim into the rear o2 sensors by the cats and not the front? Also maybe call urd and ask if plugging the sim in backwards can damage the sim? It's possible.
