    FWIW - if you are ordering from the factory these are not what the factory is installing on the '16's - not even close - these are similar to the NFabs. I'll have to dig up pics of the '16 factory "predators" but these are quite different (better IMHO and I am accidentally getting the factory's)

    I just ordered mine from N-fab, I have a 2016 double cab short bed and went with the textured finish the part # was T1580CC-TX - your part # was for the 2015 I think when I searched for it?? It is when I search the n-fab website as well on your part ## so anyone ordering please check and be sure you're getting the correct bars. They sell these on Amazon so double check.....

    They are for the 15. But multiple people have verified that they work on the 16s.

    I just came from a 4WD parts warehouse here in town. I told him the 2015s should fit fine. He looked at me like I was crazy - which annoyed me but whatever. He kept pointing out how the N-Fab has different part #'s for 2016 vs 2015. And? That doesn't mean it's not the same part and dimensions. In fact it should be different to track inventory appropriately.

    Guess I'll just order off the internet. Cheaper anyways.

    God damn MF ... where were you earlier today before I ordered mine from N-fab? Ok putting a different product number for the 2016 is akin to fucking your customers??? Not really digging it. I guess N-fab wont be getting my business again since I can purchase the same thing from someone else for 40% off. Wow, hey N-Fab if you're watching you should do me a solid and hit me back so I can post a positive review.

    Thanks for all of the comments. Do to the change in the frame on the 2016 Tacoma we had to adjust the length of the main tube to allow for the steps to fit properly. So as stated by Mr Fichter our CEO the 2016 Step will fit the 05-15 Tacoma but the 05-15 Steps will not fit the 2016 Tacoma. Do to inventory in the field we weren't able to do a running change without causing major confusion and had to release new part numbers.

    Wait, I'm confused, the CEO stated that older steps will fit the 2016, and you state it won't? Other members in this thread have stated they used the older steps on the 2016 with no issues, perfect fit. Shed some light on this please and thank you.

    Please read carefully, he states the T15-T16 are for new 2016 models but they will fit the older 05-15 Models, the 05-15. The older steps will not fit the 2016 models
    as I stated we had to adjust the length of the main tube to fit the difference in the frame on the new model. I was only involved in test fitting the 2" steps I was not involved with the 3" Steps. I will ask R&D in the morning what their findings were, Sometimes even if they do fit they might not fit within our tolerances so we will make adjustments to meet our standards.

    Let me know if this clears up your questions.

    I will post a build list in the morning on the Tacoma we are building.

    I checked with N-FAB, and here is what I got from them:
    $813 T1580CC | Fits 2016-2022 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab 5' Short Bed, SRW Gas
    T1580CC Vs. T0580CC
    $450 T0678CC | Fits 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab All Beds, SRW Gas
    T0678CC Vs. T1678CC

    T15 and T16 models are for the new 2016 tacoma, but if you have the older model all will fit.
