Any reason why you mounted your springs on the outside of the rail as opposed to under?

The wider the better. He's more than likely going to build shock mounts that are integrated into spring plates. Truck stays planted better, a little bit less body roll and overall better stability.

    Couple questions........?

I can't exactly identify my axle to order a 3rd, bearings and seals. It is some sort of t-100 or tundra. Don't know if it has abs?

    14mm bolts.....

Also more bedspace and the gas tank is less of an issue if you lean the shocks back a bit.

I would lean towards T100. But it you check the large ring gear it would have stamped year and gear ratio and you can get a better idea of what it came from. That is if it still has stock gears. For ex. if it has 94-98 number then gear ratio then its probably t100 my guess
Hes running the 64" Giant Kit

Where's the best place to buy rebuild kits for Fox shocks?

    and...

these shocks have been blown for quite some time. Should I expect to find additional damage in there or will new seals, new fluid, and a recharge be reasonably expected to do it?

I don't like throwing money away, but taking the shocks off, getting the coils off, tearing the shocks down, only to find out that I need more parts is a situation I want to avoid. I've never done it before so I don't really know what there is to "burn out" from running a blown shock for an extended period of time.

Maybe a set of those Fox DSC's is the ticket.

Well, on my kings that where leaking oil, turns out the snap ring had gotten fucked up. Did some damage to the seal housing or whatever. Sorry, not the piston.

    They still work fine.

But honestly there isn't a lot that can really go wrong..I'll bet they are probably fine.

If it's been a while plan on all seals and fluid. Shims should probably be ok.
