    One can never have too many light bars.
    I wonder if that whole bar incident is a contributing factor. I know he was acquitted but his name was dragged through the mud for a few months by every media outlet. The Heisman is also based on character not just stats and I bet alot of the writers don't want to put their name on a vote for Cook.

    Spurrier said before the season that he wasn't going to keep coaching for more than a year or two and he was gonna be gone at the end of the season. I think with Sark being fired, the other USC felt they needed to go ahead and have the Old ball coach step down so that they could start after the big names early as well.

    Sark is gone. Spurrier is retiring. Tunsil is reinstated by the NCAA. What a weird day in college football. What I would love to see is for Spurrier to head to the SEC Network.

    Chris Peterson also said that he would take the SC job if offered. But Haden didn't believe him and didn't want to be told no so he went with the sure thing with sark. Both SC's should take a serious look at that Houston Coach.

    I think he meant last year and what he made it through of this year.

    I felt the same way. You didn't really see the passion from him on every play that you used to see. Seemed like he was just kind of biding his time the last couple years.
