My wife has twice now backed into the front of my truck and taken a nice layer off the clear coat and down to the plastic anyone have any recommendations to make this look better the paint is a little faded to just use a touch up paint brush. And I can't afford a armored bumper just yet. Damn new tires. I was thinking of derping it like I did all the chrome but thought I'd ask the professionals first. Pics when the sun comes up.

Go to a local fab shop.. have them fab you up something cheap that will get you by? or just have someone touch it up.

By fade I mean 9 years of parked outside but it's definitely not bad it was in this shape when I bought it. It's not fading as much as its just not the same color at touch up paint anymore.

As for the parking truck doesn't fit in the garage and we only have garage and behind garage parking  fab shops a definite option soon.

    I recomend a divorce.

My brother's wife has taken the mirror off their van 3 times backing out of the garage.

Tell her to buy you a brand new bumper. That's what I'd tell my husband. Go work overtime and get me a brand new one.
