    Permits in the city are a PITA to do this. Had a friend work for 2 years trying to jump through hoops to make this happen. He said fuck it and decided to make a normal house.

    Maybe even put several containers together with a courtyard in the middle. At $50 each and even 2-3 hundred a piece to move, as long as they arent trash, that's a hell of a deal to get started with on a home
