@Sicyota04 ...everyone is still use to saying PM. On here, if you look under the avatar (the member's small picture..mine is the way cool Pug)...you'll see the members user name. Under that...you'll see "start a conversation". Just click on that and it will give you a private thread with that person.

    Hope this helps buddy....

I'm leaning towards flood... but welcome any and all arguments for either side.

Yes! Flush mount means the face housing has mounting tabs so can recess the lights and mount flush to the surface, while the regular ones have a mounting tab to sit on top of a surface.

Floods/diffused shorter range spread the light giving a wider viewing angle and appear less bright .. spots longer range beam of light like a flashlight.

Don't forget to add me to the list! I want a pair of lights with a pair of clear covers. Still on the fence about diffused or spot. What are the mounting options?

Sounds good. You have the standard option which mounts on a surface and you can aim the light in 360* horizontally from that point. The flush mount sits in a recess so that the font lens fits flush with the surface, and the beam can only be directed in the direction of the mounting surface.

Flood vs Spot spends on what you want to illuminate. If you want area lighting you want flood, but if you want to illuminate at distance then spot is a better beam.
