The b-pillar is pretty good, but looks good both ways I think. The hood scoop one on the other hand is not factory installed and is unquestionably terrible, haha.

In my opinion paint looks better than a sticker?

Armor all will fade it. 303 protection would be best. At the end of the day it's still a sticker

I think it depends on what color paint you have and which wheels you have. With certain color combos, the black looks nice. With other, the body color probably looks better.

Some times Toyota adds things such as the hood decal whether you want it or not depending on the other options.
I would remove it as well as the bedside stickers like I've done on my TRD Sports over the years.

with tinted fronts on a MGM the black vinyl sort of blends in.

Still deciding if I leave it or pull it.

I am going to leave it as long as it looks good. Aerospace 303 hould keep it looking new. I was going to remove it but it's grown on me (like a fungus)

In case anyone was wondering, black trucks do not get the blackout tape, only other colours.

When I was at the dealership yesterday getting my alignment done I was looking at the Tacos on the lot and noticed the same on 2 black TRDs they had.

    Rear is factory tint.
Fronts I had them match the rears.
    I think they said 25%

From what I can tell this vinyl is the 3M 1080-S12 Satin Black. I'm actually thinking about blacking out my roof with the stuff, with the roof rack I have, the moonroof and then connecting the windshield and back window I think it'll look pretty slick and blend everything nicely.

Best part is if I don't like it I can simply pull it off!
