    I will second that. The trigger pull on the Elite II's (not sure if the Elite 1A is the same) is light years better to the FS.
    I had two Elite II's, 9mm and 40cal. Had to part with the 9mm in hard times. The only firearm I've sold :(, Never again. My grandson will have a 40cal Elite II.

    Easy in Cali? HA. Sorry, Just had to get off the floor. The AR platform is a pain in the side of Cali residents. Unless you can buy a fixed mag, top loading from a shop, you have to interpret the law. There are ways, but it is a grey line. You can buy on off list receiver and build one. But there is no guarantee you wont be hasseled. check out www.calguns.net for some usefull information.

    Got it for 1700 - :bananadance:

    but don't worry, the money I saved will go toward mods that will make it ny complient (ARGGGGGGG:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:).

    Going to get a PWS FSC556 tactical compensator (approved by the BATF as a compensator and not a flash hider).

    I also wont be able to take the 30rd mags (one steel, one pmag - back to ny).

    Anyone know of any 10rd pmags (or will I have to go with the 20rd modified to only allow 10 rounds)

    And on top of all the neutering, I have to pin the collapsable sopmod stock :)mad:).

    I love NY, just hate some of the firearm laws, They really are a bit overkill.

    Anyone familiar with ny state laws let me know if I missed anything :D. I hate being a good guy, have to follow the rules, the only people they are screwing are us law abiding citizens. [End rant *2]

    Anyway, the LMT is pure brilliance - like a piece of machined art!

    PWS Compensator on it's way. Already figured out a way to mod the stock to make it "non" collapsable. And I found some pre ban 30rd mags, and directions on how to mod the pmags to make them only 10rd capacity. Muhaha It will be NY compliant and hardly any neutering. "Ha...I am victorious!":D

    Anyway this is my combo....you know, for when the zombies come. I'm looking at Aimpoint M3 scope as well.

    we can have detachable mag as long as they can only hold 10rds. or preban 20/30 round mags are ok. also new mags 30/20 that have been modified permanently to only hold 10 rounds ar ok (or so im told).
