Plastidipped for the first time today! I'm sure everyone's seen this hundreds of times,but I love it and wanted to share!

 

I used the grey rustolium flexidip. Here's a better pic with the skid.

Milled and hauled some giant big leaf maple.

 

I want to make a table out of something like that.

Definitely, that seems to be the trend lately.

 

To be perfectly honest about it the bolt type probably don't mean squat. More than likely they are the same bolts ( thread, size and pitch ) just not specifically the exact bolt called for in the build sheet.

 

Some extended warranties have deductibles and some do not. It depends on the level you choose at purchase...

 

I installed new spark plugs, cleaned the maf sensor, and installed a new air filter. I knew my injectors were clean because I took them out around 60k miles and cleaned them and the throttle body. My mileage was terrible but the check engine light was not on.

I reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery. the first tank of gas I ran though it after resetting the ecu I got good mileage and then it started to deteriorate. I made a guess based on this fact. I just replaced both sensors at the same time when the problem could have only been one of them.

I took my 2008 in for service ( 260,000 miles)
I told them that I'm hearing a slight grinding at slow speeds and fellt shaking on the highway.
I was told the noise was coming from the Transfer case.
They did a tire rotation and a front alignment in there service appointment, shake I think is gone will pay more attention in the following days.
What could of failed in the transfer case, can you fix a case or just replace it?
How hard to replace, is a used on as good as a new one?
Has anyone have this happen to there truck yet?

 

Yea I'm not sure either but I didn't have the time to fight with them yesterday so I just paid it. Good idea on contacting Toyota. Will try that today at work. I've only had the truck for 3 weeks lol

 

Did you buy it New or Preowned? If Preowned, what year and how many miles? Because a Toyota Certified Vehicle has a $50 deductible.
