Alright so I have a 2012 double cab pre runner and was looking for advice on a small lift (maybe 1 inch) and new wheels and tires. The truck is mainly going to be a pavement queen, so I won't need a huge lift, just enough so I don't rub. I was thinking of 5100's and OME 880's. For the wheels I was going to stick with 17's but was unsure of the tire size. 275/65, 275/75, or 285/75? What do you think?

you could just use the adjustable 5100s and be done. Try poking around the OME thread though.
