Its actually 2590 difference in retail price, not 2950, I proved I can't add on my other post

I'm actually thinking the (4X4) DCSB TRD Upgrade package with the manual transmission and short box is a pretty good deal. If I wasn't fussy about bed length or type of transmission I would have been all over that model.

If they offered a long box Manual I would have bought that model. Didn't want a 5 foot box.

Automatics are always more expensive, in any brand I've ever heard of anyway.

Not a big deal but I think you forgot to add your $500 deposit (assuming that's what the partial payment was) in the grand total.

Mine will be $46,748, it's the auto with the long box Sport Upgrade. Love manuals just can't justify buying one when most of my driving is in the city! Also need the long box.

The $500 deposit was taken off the end from what I owed, then I paid for the rest. It wouldn't be on the part that you see there.

    That's what I mean, your grand total would be $43414.08 + $500 = $43914.08

    Wouldn't it?

I put down a $1000 deposit, so my final invoice will be for $45,748 but my grand total will be $46,748.

No, my grand total was $43414.08, then for payment I had a remainder of $42914.08 to pay.

Congrats! You're truck looks great! Pattison on the North Shore you say? I put down $500 on a silver Limited there. Sales guy emailed me this morning saying the new Tacomas were in but sadly my Limited wasn't until tomorrow. I hope. You say they took $1000 off MSRP?

I know of a guy who bought a Black TRD this evening. Seems Cochrane decided they could sell trucks today after all lol.

As much as I want a 2016 Tacoma, a tundra it must be...they are awesome vehicles and I will always have fond memories of them....but when a $47,500 pickup only offers a 950lb payload which when you factor in 2 adults, 2 kids, a dog, a full tank of gas, two kayaks, a tonneau cover, some luggage etc...only leaves about 350lbs available as tongue weight to pull a trailer...which is far too low & basically makes the truck useless to me...

These prices make it hard to not consider a full size 1/2 ton. If you need the capability, towing, and space, its a no brainer!
I love the size of the smaller mid size trucks for my needs, I really think this cost is out of line. On the positive the re-sale values are incredibly strong. Still a good investment, but high entry fee.

Wonder what he paid?... Cochrane Toyota a great shop n all but man they're always a bit of a bend job in comparison to the Edm dealers it seems.

I am going to check these out hopefully this weekend in person. Both Mayfield and Sherwood both have a fair chunk of new Tacos coming in today and tomorrow.

I just ordered a new Dodge Challenger. Had to pay 1000 xtra for the manual transmission. Go to Dodge.ca to check it out.

I heard 44K was what he paid, but I didn't see a copy of the bill. I think he went with Toyota financing to
