    Lets all pray for the 13 Soldiers that were killed and 30 wounded soldiers that were shot today on FT Hood.

    It was a tragic occurance here, they are asking if people are around Temple Texas to donate blood.

    They killed one shooter and have the other two in custody.

    I am stationed here and have been watching the whole thing unfold.

    My son is locked down at his middle school and my wife is locked down at her work. We are all safe and are just waiting for the all clear so we can all be together.

    i am sorry to hear about that. it hits a little closer to home than normal i was stationed there for 5 years in the 1st cav and to hear this absolutley breaks my heart. those soldiers on that post have been through so much since this war on terrorism. my prayers and thoughts go out to every single soldier and family member at ft hood.

    Just to update the lockdown has been lifted on Ft Hood. It was announced that the shooter was not killed as stated earlier. The other two soldiers that were held for questioning were not involved.

    I figured it is hunting season!

    My family is all home and safe, thank you for all the words of support.
