Not sure how you would do the rear though. 3" suspension with 4" maxtracs would leave you trying to figure out how to get an extra 4" in the rear. I'm sure it can be done though since the Fabtech lift you mentioned dealt with it. ;)

Check out the Maxtracs. They are ease to install. We've done three or four so far. Again, not sure what you're run into with the linked rear, but it couldn't be that hard.

The beauty of Maxtracs is they just replace your stock steering knuckle and drop the tire down 4 inches. You can still run your stock coilovers and all, or you can get ones for a 3" suspension lift and add that to the 4" the maxtracs give you. It's pretty much a win/win for a 2WD.

That's what? $1500? $2000? and you still have to have it installed, which involves cutting out the front crossmember permanently. And, I don't have a huge well of experience to draw from, but from what I've observed with @Black Horse 's DB lift, it's freakin' stiff as heck and doesn't articulate very well.

Maxtracs give you a lot more bang for the buck (some of the 2WD guys can probably answer this better, but they run between $350 and $500 depending on what kind of deal you can find on them) and they will flex as good as any coilover lift you care to put on it.

Yeah $2700 and that's a good idea, now we just need to figure out the rear and I'm game

If you just want to do the four inches the Maxtracs will give you in front, you could get a rear suspension of your choice for a 3" lift and that would be just about perfect. For the full 7" (Maxtracs + 3" suspension lift), you could either just get the rear portion of the Fabtech 6" kit, or find out if some place like Toytec or 4WP has a rear suspension in the 6-7" range for it.

I suppose I'll start researching, I wonder if maxtrac makes one for it or one will have to be modified though
