    toytec lists these springs as a 2" lift spring IF theres 100+ lbs of additional front weight like a bumper/winch etc

    a stock truck and these springs are going way over 2" of lift by themselves

    Really? I have no top plates on my truck, and its been at 3" lift for a couple years now with the 885's....In fact, I only know of 1 truck in which the 885's gave less, and they were old springs.

    I agree, I talked to one 4wheelpart person and I think they know more than you. You must be crazy telling me I can't stack lifts.

    Look Tacoluver, we are all just wanting to give you the best advise. We dont like seeing other members unhappy with purchases made, or the out come of a lift install on their truck. There are many people on here that have tried to do what you are doing, and by doing so, have broken, or witnessed someone breaking stuff on their truck. I hope the lift is everything you are looking for. :)

    So, I have bilsteins set at "0" with 885 springs, they give me just about 2.7 inches of lift. I don't have the spacers, but the tech doing the alignment could not get the caster set to ideal... he did get it in spec though, barely. So I know there is NO way that your gona get this within spec w/ stock UCAs. Not to mention your down travel with be virtually non-existent.

    Now I do have LR UCA on the way and I intend to put that little 1/4" sliver spacer in to get a full 3" though and a perfect alignment.
    The 885s with the bilstein at "0" are a lot more stiff then stock... but not where near if you were using stock coils.

    Do what ever you want man, but trust me your truck will ride like shit (unless on perfectly smooth highway), and your caster will be fucked.

    I'd listen to Chris4x4... actually i did
