Weathertech front floor liners, window vent visors. Custom bedside decals. OEM bed mat, tonneau covrew. Added D rings to bed.
I got a set of dark matte bronze ones for my indigo ink pearl taco. Just gotta decide on tires. Was thinking about michelin ltx ms/2's since I do 0 offroading, but the AT/2's seem to offer basically the same performance but look more aggressive.

The matte bronze looks awesome on the pyrite.

What are the countersteer folks here running for hub spacers? Plastic included caps/spacers or aluminum spacers?

I'm curious too. I saw the plastic Gorilla ones, but the idea of plastic in this application is less than thrilling.

Do they provide spacers? Or do you need to buy your own elsewhere?

    I would vastly prefer aluminum.

No spacers used, beefier appearance due to the Konigs being an inch wider (8" vs 7") than the stock rims and tires now 265s rather than 245s.

Actually, I, and I believe Ryan above (can0nfan2379), are referring to the difference between the hub bore on the Konigs and the hub of the Tacoma (108mm vs 106.1mm, IIRC), and the need to use adapter rings for the hubcentric design.

I'm not sure I have all the facts yet, so trying to figure out if this is really an issue. Some input from guys who have already had them installed would be very helpful

Yes referring to bore diameter for the hub. From what I've read most aftermarket wheels are lug centric (Konigs included) not hub centric (stock Toyota wheels + Stealth Custom...there may be others) and in order to minimize vibrations, a hub spacer should be used to take up any slack between the 106mm hub vs the wheel (Countersteers are 108mm) in addition to tapered lug nuts to centre the wheel on the studs.

Just curious if anyone running aluminum spacers has ended up with any problems?

From FN, and Dustin, more specifically.

Thank you for your interest in our wheels, and thank you for contacting us. The 16x8" Konig Countersteer Offroad wheels are a direct fit on your 2015 Tacoma 6-lug (PreRunner / 4x4). We have been selling this wheel for the Tacoma for many years, and the wheels have never required an adapter. You might have read that the wheels come with push-thru center caps which center the wheels on Tacoma hubs, and also included with the wheels (when ordered from us) are hub centric rings, which take the place of the center caps and work to center the wheels on the Tacoma's hubs. These are not adapters though. The wheels also require a different style of lug nut (which we also include at no charge). The wheels just bolt right up to your hubs and fit perfectly when installed using the supplied hardware. We have installed them on hundreds of Tacomas and shipped thousands of sets to Tacoma owners all over the world. If you have any other questions at all please just let us know, and we'll be happy to help you. Thanks again,

    Dustin

After years of waiting, and $1600 later, I can finally contribute to this thread! Here are my Graphite Gunmetal Konig Countersteer Offroads with Hankook Dynapro ATM 114t P265/75R16 tires on my 06 Super White Access Cab with OEM Suspension and Rally Armor Mud Flaps.

The top of the wheel well pretty much covers the stickout of the wheels, but where it curves in at the bottom, the wheels are exposed a little bit. But the Rally Armor Mud Flaps complement the extended offset of the Konigs nicely, and protect the paint on both the rear and the front.

Here's a shot of the front and rear of the front tires turned. Just barely enough clearance.

The whole rim/tire combo is 1" over stock, and weighs 58.3lbs. The OEM 17" rims with OEM highway tread tires weigh 61lbs.

I'm really loving the look of these wheels! Now I need to BHLM my headlights to match better.
