Back on topic: Unless you've managed to clear the 5k miles before the first service, or unless you have a time-machine (DeLorean with a trailer?) and it's already been 6 months... Take that shit back to the dealer and make them diagnose / fix it for free, whatever it is.

 

We did. Told em to take it to the dealership, make a video, demand satisfaction, and that is sounds like the oil pump is the issue or a part on the pump.

OP (@Brob92 ) needs to go back to Toyota and at least demand new engine. That light turns on at 4 psi and below. Thats not enough to lubricate motor so at least he should get new motor. Ideally he gets new truck because truck with swapped motor will be hard to sell.

Oh and well done Toyota for getting recall in first month and blown motor. New record. I don't think even Chrysler had truck with blown engine in first month. This is going to be hard to beat.
