I've done s few searches and found that it is possible to "adjust" the access cab doors? My problem is with the drivers side suicide door. when driving on bumpy roads i notice that the door seems to shake due to the flex of the truck and the upper latch semms to rattle like hell. does anyone have instructions on how to adjust this?

Camper top with racks, Custom fogs behind lower bumper. Interior LED lighting, Rock Lights, Hella 500s with upraged bulbs behind black billet grill, AAL, Front 5100s
Try tightening the bolts that hold the door to the frame, the bolts for the door latch mechanism at the top and the bolts to the top latch.

Was looking at the problem on my Taco today. Close rear doors..put both hands on bottom and push in and out...note play. I stuck a piece of plastic 3/32 in thick to the bottom of door where it strikes the rubber stopper. Now the doors are firm!!!! Test pull before and after and note the difference. Just shim until tight!!!!

Adjustment is easy, just loosen bolts and realign.

Thanks for that info, my rear doors have been banging over bumps since day one, dealer ordered and replaced strikers but one of them is still loose and makes noise.

I tried this a while back and had no success. I loosened the bolts, but could not get striker plates to move in. I guess all the adjustment if any was already used up.

You may use a mallet to persuade them a little.

As per the instruction for the Striker Plate Adjustment:

Adjust the striker position by slightly loosening the
striker mounting screws with a torx socket wrench
T40 and hitting the striker with a plastic hammer
    (upper side).

    and :

Adjust the striker position by slightly loosening the
striker mounting screws with a torx socket wrench
T40 and hitting the striker with a plastic hammer
    (lower side)

I did not have a plastic mallet, so I used a block of wood and a 16 oz. hammer after loosening the bolts. They would not adjust in anymore. I have heard the doors on the 2015 double cab trucks are not ajustable. Has anyone had any luck adjusting the 2015 access cab doors as described above??
