Started doing Keto again, and i remember why i hated it, not the low carbs but the constant feeling of being hot.

lol them crossfit shorts deff give me +10lbs, man it was 99 here yesterday, cali is getting hotter and hotter every summer. And im pretty sure i have a fucked up hypothalamus, cuz i would be sweating standing in a room talking to people, when everyone else is complaining of being cold. i pretty much have to wear just a shirt and shorts all year around to survive lol

Thanks man, im focusing mainly on Powerlifting right now since state championship is next month, but after that i'll be buying some bumper plates and an oly bar so i can hit some snatches in my garage in tighty whities.

Can someone explain me something? This past time I tried Syntha 6 as my protein(normally its Gold Standard) but I figured I would try it. Its got more calories and way more carbs than ON, but it doesn't seem to keep me full. I thought since it has casein in it, that it would keep me fuller. 45 minutes to an hour later after drinking it I'm hungry again. I don't remember this with ON. Does it have to do with the types of protein in it. ON has Isolates, concentrate, the whey peptides. BSN syntha 6 has concentrate, isolate, calcium caseinate, micellar casein, etc. Glad I only bought the 2.91lb tub
