So, this deal is back again. This time, there is no Michelin LTX A/T 2 265/70/70 like I've been waiting for.
What are other alternative tires? I don't do OR, but I like the aggressive look and must be able to handle wet/snow well in Seattle Winter & QUIET on highway.

I am thinking one of these (Will go on factory TRD Sport 17" rim, no lift). Are these good?

Yes those are good! Those are both awesome tires that look and perform great. Although you will find mixed reviews.

I hear the KO2's are a bit more quiet on the road than the Duratrac.

I got the Duratracs in 265 last year with this deal. I'm thinking of going 285 KO2 this time.

Nitto Terra Grappler and Cooper are also popular on here.

Most Discount Tire stores will honor the price. Print the ad. Just make sure to split tires into 2 different purchases over $400 and check the price with the discount.

Yes, I just did that exact thing with this offer. 2 separate orders of two tires (BFG KO2's).

 

No tax on my order, and I live in WA

 

I initially purchased tires from them last week using the great discount, only to find out that they didn't have any of the tires in the warehouses, nor did they know when they would be getting them in stock...I had them refund my money and I purchased them through Discount Tire (eBay).

 

I am not sure. But they didn't charge tax on my transactions (2) and I live in WA.

I just picked up a 2013 SR5 with the stock 15" wheels. I ordered 16" TKOs yesterday with Yokohama YK580 tires. I found this thread late last night and figured I had missed out. As suggested, I printed out the eBay pages and brought them into the Discount Tire place this morning. They dropped the price of the wheels, but said they could not do anything about the tires. They happily cancelled the tire order and I bought them on eBay. The tires were even cheaper, so I saved $148 on them. The wheels were more expensive before the discount so they matched the price on them for a savings of $56. I have to wait a few days for the tires to arrive but that is well worth saving $200.

 

Was just about to pull the trigger on the 265 70 17, but it was sold out. I hope it comes around again.

 

I just ordered some 265-75- 16 goodyear duratracs. Two tires where 438 - 100= 338x2= 676 im in colorado dident see tax from the invoice. I also snagged 4 method standard wheels slightly used won the auction in the last sec at 420 tried the 100 off coupon got them for 320.00 if you order tires and wheels they will mount and balance and ship for free. Dicsount tire direct even called me asking how i want them mounted and blanced. Great customer service guy on the phone was a tacoma owner knew excatly want i needed. You can used the coupon 3 times as long as you go over 400.00 it applies. From the looks of it this is a promotion between discoint tire and Paypal. Should see my tires and wheels in a week. Grand total 996.00

 

Man, these tires look good in person. Very aggressive. Can't wait to have them installed this weekend
