So one of my oil remediation systems is a glorified diesel air compressor, and that Diesel engine lost 1.5 gallons of coolant through (John Deere 4024) a new timing cover leak......

Official fix from managemen - just put stop leak in till it fixes it.......

Best part is it runs on a timer unattended for 8-40 hours

Those things are sweet! I remember seeing one at a car show once, really liked them. Not a bad price either...

As far as I know. Haven't really inspected it. And I trust my friend that welded everything up since that's what's he does for a living on navy ships. (He not in the navy)

Interesting... my drivers cracked as well resulting in a bent spindle. So now I need a new spindle and gusset but am weary of repeating this process.

@thefatkid It could be the welding process, but I'm leaning towards abuse... I know I caught air in mine this year on moab. Not alot but definitely air....

Anyone have issues with emission testing with an exhausted dumped behind the rear axle? I never had to get it tested since I've dumped it. Plus I usually just pass one of the mobile units and I'm good to go, but I haven't seen one of those for a long time.

You could add gussets to your gussets. Gussets for days.... :notsure:

Mine had no trouble last year. They never said a word. Exhaust is cut the same as yours, dumps right behind the axle.

I am getting ready to rebuild and it will be the sway kit with the extra brace. I only have one issue. Can you tell what it is? :D20151004_143031.jpg
