Just wondering what people are using to spray their inside with to protect against stains. I would assume a 3M product.

i just got a 2015 4x4 base acc. i love it. had a 02 base acc. had 199300.oo on it when i sold it. ran great, just wanted something new. now i know some of you guys are going to laugh but i used bath towels in both trucks to protect the seats. the guy that bought my 02 said how nice the inside looked ,even the seats. 5.00 ea. color matched, they get stained, new car wash towels, just cut two small holes for headrest posts, they stay put pretty good ,dirty, pull them off throw in the wash. but i'm real cheap, thus the base 4x4.

bunch of stuff - Bro Pro style

Thinking outside the box, its all good. Its what works that counts. I've got my rear seat down and have Ikea no slip rug on top of the seat thats folded down so my dog doesn't slide around. On sale for $6.99 - I bought 4 - 2 for the back seat and 2 for the bed liner when I want to put tools and what not back there.

Wear the seats out. If you keep the truck for a few years, covers keep them nice for the next guy.
If you keep the the truck long term, reupholster them when worn out.
Having said this. I kept towels handy and throw them on the seat if I'm excessively dirty or wet.

I have/had "leather" seats in all my vehicles. I never have issues with swamp ass. Even in the Convertibles. I like the spill proof and stain proof covers. They don't attract dog hair either.
